Full-stack apps that run at the edge, not in a region. Stateful coordination with Durable Objects, Postgres as the system of record, object storage and cache built in — deployed as reproducible infrastructure, not clicked together in a console.
Hybrid inference that routes by sensitivity and cost: local models for anything confidential, frontier models for hard reasoning — with a tamper-evident audit trail of every decision. Sensitive data and PHI never leave your boundary.

Edge commerce
A solo-operated art store: product catalog, Stripe checkout, and print-on-demand fulfillment wired straight through to Printful, with a blog and image pipeline behind it. One person runs the shop — the edge handles the scale.
Privacy-first AI
An inference gateway that routes every request by sensitivity and cost — local models for anything confidential, frontier models for hard reasoning — and writes each decision to a hash-chained, tamper-evident audit log. Sensitive data never leaves the machine.
Accessibility compliance
A WCAG scanning and reporting SaaS for accessibility consultants. Cloudflare Browser Rendering drives axe-core across client sites; findings are scored 0–100 with trend tracking and exported as branded, regulation-mapped PDFs (ADA, Section 508, EAA, AODA) — with authenticated crawling behind AES-256 encrypted credentials.
Healthcare compliance
A HIPAA compliance-management platform: risk assessments, policy and training tracking, third-party vendor risk (TPRM), incident logging, and a live compliance score — behind MFA, role-based access, and a full audit trail. FastAPI and Neon on the backend, a React Native app for the field.
Agentic AI platform
An edge-native platform for running and governing AI agents. Each project is its own Durable Object — a state machine that streams live progress over SSE — with per-run scorecards, cost tracking, and cross-project KPI analytics. A Next.js edge UI over a single Worker and D1.
Agent memory
A knowledge base built for people and agents alike: versioned notes with wiki-style backlinks, semantic search over Vectorize embeddings, a skills registry, and R2 attachments — all readable and writable by AI agents through a typed MCP interface, across shared spaces with per-space membership.
